Vinyasa Yoga: Focus On Twists

This is a more gentle vinyasa style yoga class with a focus on using your breath and core to get you into your seated, standing and lunging poses. It's intended to slow you down and allow you to give more attention to your poses, with an emphasis on twists.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Enjoyed very much. Helped open up my hips and low back.
Loved the reminder to focus on the pelvic floor with every exhale.
Easy practice that was super nice for my low back/hips w the twists. Areas usually super tight. Thank you!
