Vinyasa Yoga: Focus On Twists
This is a more gentle vinyasa style yoga class with a focus on using your breath and core to get you into your seated, standing and lunging poses. It's intended to slow you down and allow you to give more attention to your poses, with an emphasis on twists.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Great class and great instructor!
I've never done one of Melissa's classes before and usually shy away from anything that says 'gentle' as I tend to like a challenge, but I Ioved this! The focus on core was really helpful as I'm always trying to improve my core strength, and I liked the slow progression into each pose. I did 'cheat' a bit and add in a few planks here and there but it was a lovely class, and my achey runners' legs really appreciated the deep stretches. I loved Melissa's relaxed style, I'll be coming back to this one a lot!
