Vinyasa Yoga: Focus On Twists
This is a more gentle vinyasa style yoga class with a focus on using your breath and core to get you into your seated, standing and lunging poses. It's intended to slow you down and allow you to give more attention to your poses, with an emphasis on twists.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Refreshing to checkout Melissa's classes - haven't had much yet. Loved the initial breathing foundation - applied to every twist (so much easier), and the blend of gentle and dynamic in the flow. Feeling beautifully integrated now.

My muscles needed this after getting a little tight from yesterday's Commitment practice in the 30 day challenge. Loved the twists and always love Melissa's options in the poses, so inclusive and reminds me that any option I choose is perfect for my moment now. Love your sessions, Melissa !
