Work your way into crow pose, in this fun and challenging class. Discover what actions help to stabilize you, as well as what to strengthen, in order to lift up and fly into crow. I liked all the ways you warmed us up leading into Crow. But once we actually got to Crow I could've used a few more cues and a few more tries. I've never been able to accomplish Crow, still not able. How does it all fit together? Hands, arms, elbows, knees and where is my gaze? Maybe this is one that needs a teacher in a room vs. online. I'll keep trying! Thanks Jonni
