Upper Body and Arm Balance
Work your way into crow pose, in this fun and challenging class. Discover what actions help to stabilize you, as well as what to strengthen, in order to lift up and fly into crow. Arm balances require not just arm strength, but work and support from the whole body! Leave this class feeling stronger and a little lighter.

The sequence of a pilates class right before this one worked really well for me. The pilates brought attention to the core, and Jonni-Lyn cued us to strengthen this region as part of the arm balance prep. I admit I wasn't looking forward to this class but enjoyed it immensely. Thank you!
