Upper Body and Arm Balance
Work your way into crow pose, in this fun and challenging class. Discover what actions help to stabilize you, as well as what to strengthen, in order to lift up and fly into crow. Arm balances require not just arm strength, but work and support from the whole body! Leave this class feeling stronger and a little lighter.

First time I've taken JL's class but I learned so much, especially about hand placement. Excellent class with helpful cues!
I benefit from Jonni-Lyn's classes but I personally feel that the vinyasas are often rushed through.
First time trying Intermediate ll. I will definitely be keeping this one in my favourites. Not because I loved it but because I need it for strength and it was very good for following. Thank you for this one.
