Work your way into crow pose, in this fun and challenging class. Discover what actions help to stabilize you, as well as what to strengthen, in order to lift up and fly into crow. I loved this class. I walked away with a much better understanding of arm stability. I loved the core work and how Jonni kept it light and fun when it was getting tough.
I wish I'd had these fantastic foundational courses when I first started practicing yoga! Jonni-Lynn gives clear and encouraging instruction on the basics. I would've liked 1 more try at crow pose and longer time in pigeon pose. Great challenge to power into 2022, thank you.
