This class is one of my absolute favourites. I can always trust to get a great stretch out of it and it never gets boring. It's also great to do with friends because it's not too challenging for anyone new to yoga. Another fantastic addition to the site!

I love this gentle, calming routine for a day when I don't want something as intense as a Fiji routine. Melissa's calm, gentle prompting makes relaxation easy and natural. Melissa is so graceful, and I love her emphasis on softening as we practice. Also, the music is excellent and different than I've ever heard on a yoga video. Thank you!
