Whenever I am feeling tired and stiff, I always end up back at this video. It is just what I need to waken my body in the mornings.

... then do this class. I usually enjoy more intermediate classes, and the challenge of finding my breath in deep poses is one of the reasons I love yoga. Today, however, everything hurt. Two weeks of carrying small children combined with many hours of sitting this last weekend listening to the LDS General Conference all without any yoga left my spirit feeling fantastic (small children are a joy, and so is conference!) but my body very much in pain. I woke up this morning planning to do one of Fiji's intermediate classes. By mid-morning I could feel a migraine creeping upward into my head and it hurt to walk. This class helped me to realign my body, gently and carefully work through the tension to find the areas that need special attention, and control negative thoughts by focusing on my breath. There's a lot more still to do (I should really not go multiple days without yoga, let alone weeks), but this class was exactly what I needed today. I found myself rewinding to do each set of poses again and again, they felt so good. It took me more than an hour to get through the class! Thank you for sharing this beautiful yoga class.

..this must be the perfect class if you only have half an hour to spare. I'm quite new to yoga so some of the poses were a little bit challenging for me but I loved it. Will do this one every week. Thank you Melissa for making my Tuesday!

I am on the verge of getting sick, and this gentle sequence was exactly what I needed to get in some yoga that didn't get my heart pumping too fast. It felt great after a long day of sitting at a conference. I'm grateful to have found this website and this video in particular!
