Excellent energetic vinyasa flow to start the day. I like the simple beginning that gets the breath flowing before the more complex sequences start

Thanks for this invigorating practice - a great start to the day. It's short but really gets the blood flowing and body warm.

This question of what is a "beginner" class is something that we need to work out for ourselves, I am realising. I tried this class about 3 months ago and even though it is short, I didn't complete it (partly due to low fitness but also my attitude wasn't right). I did bookmark it as a good one, though, and came back today. LOVED IT! Great for my attention span, my body enjoyed it, I feel great. It is for beginners who have *some* yoga under their belts and are ready for the challenge, to make the next step... but probably not best for your very first class. Thanks Tracy : )
