Very calming. The twists really took care of the sticky areas around the thoracic spine. My headache has almost melted away.
Wonderful class. Loved all the nature sounds and the deer right at the beginning. One thing I would mention is on the second side before triangle pose the hip flexor and hamstring stretch was skipped. I just paused the video and did it but anyone who wants to be even on both sides keep a look out for this! :)

What a beautiful soothing class, voice, and enviroment. I was able to sneak in the left side stretches, no sweat. And throughout the class felt my stress melting away. I too have someone in Russia and this helped me put that away for a bit, relax and release. A very "deer" class. :)

I am on day 5 of a 14 day quarantine at home, and I was feeling really crappy. My back has been hurting for a few days now, probably a result of all the sitting, and now that I have finally overcome jetlag I had enough energy to try doing some yoga. I chose this particuar class since it is targeted towards a healthy spine. It helped SO MUCH! I feel so much better now, and I will keep doing this one in the coming days to work on my mobility.

Lovely gentle morning practice

She forgot a pose prior to the 2nd triangle pose on the other side so it felt unbalanced. She also kept getting right and left mixed up. Otherwise it was wonderful.
I did this practice today as I'm recovering from COVID. It was so helpful in gently coaxing my lungs and spine back open after several days of tension and inflammation. Thank you, Tianne!
What an absolute treat and a lovely, lovely start of my day! I look forward to practicing with Tianne again soon. And yes, the bonus of the deer and beautiful birdsong helped me fully release into the quietness of the practice and my back thanked me. :) 5 stars!

After a week spent working at a desk, carrying a baby around and helping a buddy move, my spine needed this.
This is my second class I’ve tried with Tianne, and I enjoy the slow flow she practices, and her soothing and encouraging voice! This was a good class for me after doing a more difficult one the previous day that involved fish and plough pose.
