Thank you for bringing me back to my practice. This was exactly what I needed to be reminded of the benefits of yoga. Grateful to once again alternate my cardio and strength workouts with a yoga class.

She forgot a pose prior to the 2nd triangle pose on the other side so had to add movements on my own to avoid feeling unbalanced. She also mixed up right and left . I made adjustments and enjoyed the class.
My spine is such a problem child, thank you for this soothing, strengthening flow. My back feels elongated and strong. :)
