I really like the video, a very good way to start the day and stretch in the morning. I will start taking classes on a daily basis. I am a beiginner and it helps to start learning via video and then to take classes.. I will not feel like such an idiot in class now. Thanks again Melissa and I will donate in the future and will promote and expose the site as well.

I do this class about 3 times per week. I've practice many different types of yoga from Bikram to Kundalini, but I practice this sequence the most. I feel a huge sense of relief in my hips and back and it's the perfect length to squeeze into any day.
Technically speaking, I love how the teacher guides you with a voiceover (when a teacher is speaking and practicing at the same time, the noise causes me to lose concentration). The sound quality is great, I am easily distracted, so if a video has too much background noise I prefer to find another one.
