This was perfect for me today - coming back after a cold. I love the way all the movements were coordinated with breath - and all those wonderful stretches. One small thing that threw me off a bit - the so called sparrow flow is done twice on the right side and only one on the left. Small thing though and the rest of the class is a real jem!

Hi!
The sparrow flow is finished at 12.54 and here I am missing the flow on the left side since it is done right, left and right again and nothing more. Still love the flow but everytime I get here, and Anastasia after the first right and left round says" and once more on both sides" (or something like that) and it doesn´t happen, I feel a short pang of annoyance. Guess I have to work on that :-).
