Slow Hatha Yoga Flow
Slowing down your yoga flow can be extremely rewarding, since it allows you to be more aware of your body as you take your time with transitions and you hold poses for longer periods of time. Anastasia's calm, encouraging guidance helps you let go into the flow and experience greater benefit. This class begins with breathing and includes great openers for the legs, hips, back and shoulders before sinking into savasana.

This was perfect for me today - coming back after a cold. I love the way all the movements were coordinated with breath - and all those wonderful stretches. One small thing that threw me off a bit - the so called sparrow flow is done twice on the right side and only one on the left. Small thing though and the rest of the class is a real jem!
