Slow Hatha Yoga Flow

Slowing down your yoga flow can be extremely rewarding, since it allows you to be more aware of your body as you take your time with transitions and you hold poses for longer periods of time. Anastasia's calm, encouraging guidance helps you let go into the flow and experience greater benefit. This class begins with breathing and includes great openers for the legs, hips, back and shoulders before sinking into savasana.

Amazing class! I love all of Anastasia's classes but I have noticed in a few of her classes she forgets to do both sides evenly. The only thing I would say is if you are like me and like to be even on both sides, there are a few times when the left side is skipped for the second time. I just did it and then hopped back into the class.
