This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of Cultivate Your Inner Teacher 14-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge or as Day 17 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

That was amazing! First class I’ve done with Andrea, and I will definitely be seeking out more. So creative, and so much hip opening in such a short time!
Oh, how I absolutely loved this. I feel so much more fluid and open now, really in tune with the natural movements of my body. So grateful to this challenge for introducing me to Andrea's classes. I'll be seeking out many more of them in the future!
