I wish and hope you will make this available in video format.

On some holidays our gym cancels classes, but gym remains open.

Us dedicated ~ well, interested yogis meet up anyway and use our studio for a class.

We're not quite ready for the audio only podcast and the wifi filter blocks your website.

Thanks for your classes.

My favorite and most beneficial classes are the ones with the teacher frequently giving verbal "corrections" "reminders" "instruction" about reaching each pose correctly. That also helps me keep my focus and awareness in the present.
