I've done sporadic sessions of yoga and pilates so I'm a little more flexible than the average person. I found this to be very relaxing and still offering a little challenge. I feel stretched out and at peace. Thank you!

only second day im trying this yoga thing,now this has left me feeling stretched and relaxed,ok there are a couple of things i couldnt try YET and i defo didnt manage to stretch round my back to grab anything let alone my foot !! but baby steps i will get there, loved the class and im coming back on monday thank you for letting me share this for free x

I woke up today feeling tight and not very strong. I am an intermediate-advanced yogi, so I wanted something that would challenge me, just not kill me in my not-so-strong state. This video was PERFECT, very well done, nice music, deep stretches many of which I have never done and I loved them all. Thanks so much, David, I needed a video just like this! Can't wait to check out the rest of your stuff.
