Very nice session. Thanks for posting this. Very happy to join you.. I was struggling to find myself time for exercise. These online sessions are very helpful now i can do yoga as per my convenience. Would try to follow everyday and would try other video once i am comfortable with this. We don't have any session targeting weight loss. Kindly suggest if we have any.
