It took me a while to relax because of the tension on my lower back. I think it was due to the staff pose/Dandasana that we keep for a long time during this practice.

This exercise is sometimes hard, but its very, very relaxing. The stillness at the end was my favorite part. (shev, 9 years old)

I literally just finished this class about 30 mins ago. I really enjoyed, great way to start the day. I especially liked the reminder to keep peace and awareness of your body throughout the day. Great site, great class, great day!
