This is the only exercise video of any kind that I've enjoyed and looked forward to everyday! I'm 60 and have some knee issues, so I'm not flexible enough to do some of the poses. And yet...if I stick with it, when it's over, I feel calm and centered and usually also, very sleepy. I've given your URL to everyone I know because I am so grateful. I would like to ask that you offer alternative poses for those of us with joint or weight issues, just so that we're getting as much benefit from flows as we can--if that's possible. If not...I'll just have to keep doing the best I can, and having a giggle when I come to those, "No WAY is that going to happen" poses!

Found myself discouraged by the difficulty of the stretches starting around 20 minutes in, this may be better for people with more than a few sessions under their belt.

Great beginning for a strenuous day ahead with a great relaxing shavasana at the end!

This is excellent as a beginner video and even for those who already have some experience, there were a couple poses that my body hadn't done before and I feel they are exactly what I need to push myself further with yoga.
