Intermediate II

There's no better way to start your day! Fiji compacts everything into 35 minutes, making this class perfect for those who need something quick in the morning. This class is a great workout, with lots of challenging poses and deep openers. If you would like to do more with Fiji, try her 14-Day Yoga Challenge or her 7-Day Chakra Healing Series.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 17 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Better than a morning coffee! This is my first time doing a morning yoga routine, and I thought it would awaken you slowly. But Fiji really nows how to spark the inner fire almost instantly to get you ready for the day! Another amazing class of Fiji's. I love her creative flows, and the peaceful strength of her voice. Would definitely recommend this one if you want a zing of a start to the day.

I love Fiji’s classes. I have so many of them bookmarked. This is a great length when you don't have as much time, and gets all the lovely stretches and energy going to start the day. I have done this in the afternoon too, just to revitalize me. Excellent cues as usual. Fiji is just so supportive in her verbals and tone. Thank you Fiji.

Truly awesome practice! All-around energizer, perfect length and perfect pace - flowing along at a brisk speed but w/ enough time for me to make smooth transitions. Great for days when I don't have the time or focus for a longer practice. Thank you. :-)

What a great way to shake off the cobwebs of poor sleep and low energy - this is a great class with creative sequences packed into an energizing and comprehensive practice. Fiji's cues are so specific and helpful - how does she manage to deliver them so clearly while moving and not falling off of the mountain she's on?!? Amazing... I was looking for a short energising pracice to start the day, and this one certainly fit the bill. It may be fairly short, but it didn't really feel like it given all that Fiji managed to pack into it, and she explained it all so well that I didn't need to look down at the screen at all. Appreciated the lack of music which I often find to be quite distracting and loved the quiet savasana at the end too. This will definitely become one of my (many) favourites. Thank you Fiji.

This is a great class for me when I feel a little bit of resistance to getting on the mat. It requires my full attention and all movements are done in a nice and steady flow. Even if it's short you feel energized and happy to have made it onto the mat.

Thanks for a powerful class.
I have an appreciation for how you guys do lots of classes outdoors in your beautiful country of Canada. I also appreciate how you can practice on a hard, slanted, curvy rock just as if you were on a flat, level floor in a studio while teaching with grace. I also appreciate how your videos all end silently so that we can extend our resting pose as like as we like in silence.
