Intermediate II

There's no better way to start your day! Fiji compacts everything into 35 minutes, making this class perfect for those who need something quick in the morning. This class is a great workout, with lots of challenging poses and deep openers. If you would like to do more with Fiji, try her 14-Day Yoga Challenge or her 7-Day Chakra Healing Series.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 17 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

This class is the perfect level for me, and the perfect length. Challenging but not frustrating, and the lengthening is great after a bad bout of back spasms. Narration is great as well. Thank you!

Some of this workout was too difficult for me, but I very easily modified to add some time-outs (childs pose or down dog) when I needed to catch my breath. I will continue doing this one, hopefully adding more as I get stronger.

I love this class. It is the perfect length for my busy schedule and actually allows me to fit in yoga everyday. It is both intense and intentional. I am so happy to write this today.I was a fat little girl 2 years back weighing 80 kgs and now I can happily say I am 50 kgs.I started yoga with ur videos and I could not even complete 10 minutes of the class. I really wanted to be like you. You seem very calm and strong . Look at you, I cant even believe you have a baby. anyway, I took up yoga teacher's training and I am now certified yoga teacher, 25 kgs lighter and much better person all because I stumbled accross this amazing website . I love ur classes . my favourite are yours and Davis's.When I feel adventurous I do your classes :) please continue the great work...You might inspire another fat little girl someday

Great class and flow, invigorating and brings some heat to your body, just like the class description. You won't be disappointed! Enough time to transition from one pose to the next without feeling rushed. Lots of cues to remind you of your posture and breathing. Loved it!
