Intermediate II

There's no better way to start your day! Fiji compacts everything into 35 minutes, making this class perfect for those who need something quick in the morning. This class is a great workout, with lots of challenging poses and deep openers. If you would like to do more with Fiji, try her 14-Day Yoga Challenge or her 7-Day Chakra Healing Series.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 17 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

I feel like I can fit this sequence into my daily routine and add on as time allows. Great voice and pace. I used this as a transition from work mode to home time. I feel better with posture and hips even though it was just 35 minutes. Thank you for the video.

So good! This is one of my favorites. Really gets your blood moving and it is perfect for a morning session. I have a terrible cold and did a saltwater nose rinse just before this workout, so the intensity was complimented by my nose draining all over my mat through the practice--really added to the experience ;-) But I swear the way this got my blood going did away with my sore throat. I knew it would. Thanks to Fiji, you're my favorite!

lovely class! I picked an intermediate class but this teacher on suggestion of a friend, and it was a good choice. Challenging as my right clavicle is till recovering from an operation to fix it. Nonetheless I'll keep practising this one as it's a shot of energy for when time's at a premium.

This class was too fast for me, but it certainly gets your body warm quickly and covers a huge range of muscles in a short period of time. Perhaps if I did it a few times and knew what was coming I wouldn't find it too fast.

This class has been such a delight this winter! Thank you so much, Fiji. I feel great after this routine and even my neighbor, who Doesn't Do Yoga, admitted she enjoyed it. The gorgeous scenery was also a plus on those dreary winter days when I'm stuck inside!

I've just completed Fiji's 14 day programme, so thought I would revert back to this class to appreciate how much I have progressed. I had forgotten how much I loved the pace, variety and challenge of this class. I really noticed the difference in terms of strength, balance and (mostly) controlled breathing in and out of poses. For anyone considering a next step, I totally recommend trying Fiji's 14-day programme.

I cannot say enough good things about this class! It is quick, and fast-paced, but fully rewarding. The first time I did this class, some of the poses were somewhat difficult for me to maintain and I was actually sore the next day! Since then, I have repeated this class at least three times and I love it more every time. It's definitely my go-to class when I only have about 30 minutes and need to get some energy flowing.

Wonderful, fast-paced class. I worked up quite a sweat, but I always do when I do Intermediate or Advanced practices. Balance and strength improving and I really get a great workout. I also like to do a Beginner class every now and again to just relax and stretch. Thank you for all the classes. Eventually I may work my way through everyone of them. : )

Fiji is a wonderful instructor; her directions are clear, concise, and timely. Her asanas flow organically.

Although this practice is shorter in length, it is provides a comprehensive and challenging workout! It will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
