What a great way to shake off the cobwebs of poor sleep and low energy - this is a great class with creative sequences packed into an energizing and comprehensive practice. Fiji's cues are so specific and helpful - how does she manage to deliver them so clearly while moving and not falling off of the mountain she's on?!? Amazing... Thanks so much; I'll be bookmarking this one to return to!

Great routine. I felt better, more energy, opened after the first 5 minutes. Good sweat, and great morning work out. I feel charged and focused.
