This is my go to class! My favouirte one at doyogawithme , i just wanted to say once more THANK YOU, Fiji!! You bring so much eneregy in my life, you make me feel so strong! Maybe one day I can come to your courses as well, but I am at the other side of the world. I wish you all the best!!!

I was looking for a short energising pracice to start the day, and this one certainly fit the bill. It may be fairly short, but it didn't really feel like it given all that Fiji managed to pack into it, and she explained it all so well that I didn't need to look down at the screen at all. Appreciated the lack of music which I often find to be quite distracting and loved the quiet savasana at the end too. This will definitely become one of my (many) favourites. Thank you Fiji.

This one was a little fast paced for me, but I really loved the challenge. I can't wait to try it again when I'm stronger! Great class!

This is a great class for me when I feel a little bit of resistance to getting on the mat. It requires my full attention and all movements are done in a nice and steady flow. Even if it's short you feel energized and happy to have made it onto the mat.

Thanks for a powerful class.
I have an appreciation for how you guys do lots of classes outdoors in your beautiful country of Canada. I also appreciate how you can practice on a hard, slanted, curvy rock just as if you were on a flat, level floor in a studio while teaching with grace. I also appreciate how your videos all end silently so that we can extend our resting pose as like as we like in silence.
I frequently recommend your web site to my physical therapy patients.
