This is a very gentle class, beginning with 15 minutes of relaxation. I made the mistake of doing this one in the morning and wanted to issue a fair warning: Unless you work the night shift or something, mornings are probably not the right time for this class. :)

Thank you for such an amazing class. I am a beginner and appreciated th clear instructions so much. I also liked holding the poses for longer, I really felt the stretches! I bookmarked this one.

This is a go-to class when I'm experiencing pain from my medical condition. I'm able to modify some of the poses and the relaxation sections at the beginning and ending take the edge off of my pain.

This class is great, even if you skip the first 14 minutes and the last 7 minutes. Wonderful leg stretches and hip openers.
