David I enjoyed your class. I was able to meditate with ease.I have a mind with a tendency to race,where I hardly get any sleep. Your class had me almost fall asleep, which is a good thing. I've been trying to get a goodnights rest for the longest. I want to thank you for all the stretching techniques which helped my back. I'am thinking those stretches helped align me, so it made it easier to fall asleep.

This was my first video from this website and I was so thrilled after. I felt amazing. My back felt good, my legs felt good. I did it in the morning and felt stress free and limber all day long.

Thanks for the great class David! I will definitely do this one again, especially when I need to decompress and center. The leg stretches were phenomenal for me also and my legs feel great now!

I did this yoga class on Monday - the day after my marathon. It was perfect. The gentle stretches and long time spent in each pose were welcome and I know helped me to recover more quickly. Thank you!

Great class, injured my left shoulder, so have to back off some of my yoga classes and having to drive 45 minutes everyday to class is rough with the price of gas. Thanks
