Pranayama Yoga To Move Energy
In this video, David teaches you how to use pranayama (yoga breathing exercises) to move energy through your body, clear out energetic blockages and help you feel lighter, less inhibited and more relaxed. You will be doing deep abdominal breathing, the cleansing breath, kapalabhati, retentions, yogic locks (bandhas) and meditation. I am awake now! When David said, "we'll start with 50," I had my doubts since that is where his first class ended(!). But I did it and I followed his instructions to 60 then 70, all the way to 100 and it was worth it. Not only do I feel amazing for conquering my doubts, but there is definitely something to this practice that just fills you with so much energy!
Pranayama is new to me and not something I would seek out on my own. It’s surprising how much difference in how I feel after the class. Thanks
