Pranayama Yoga To Move Energy
In this video, David teaches you how to use pranayama (yoga breathing exercises) to move energy through your body, clear out energetic blockages and help you feel lighter, less inhibited and more relaxed. Great way to wake up! What a difference from the first class where we learned this breathing technique. It was a strain for me to do the 30 breaths then -- this time I was able to do the 100 breaths easily.

This is a nice outdoor setting for a breathing class. I plan to do this short class again in the future.
