Pranayama Yoga To Move Energy
In this video, David teaches you how to use pranayama (yoga breathing exercises) to move energy through your body, clear out energetic blockages and help you feel lighter, less inhibited and more relaxed. You will be doing deep abdominal breathing, the cleansing breath, kapalabhati, retentions, yogic locks (bandhas) and meditation. Pretty challenging but I enjoyed this class

I find this hard to do - and I think I should do the first class again. I sometimes find my stomach doesn't move at all - and then I know I'm not doing it right!
