In this video, David teaches you how to use pranayama (yoga breathing exercises) to move energy through your body, clear out energetic blockages and help you feel lighter, less inhibited and more relaxed. You will be doing deep abdominal breathing, the cleansing breath, kapalabhati, retentions, yogic locks (bandhas) and meditation. If you're looking to progress with pranayama, the class that is meant to go before this class is David's Pranayama Yoga To Wake Up.

Pranayama is new to me and not something I would seek out on my own. It’s surprising how much difference in how I feel after the class. Thanks

short and sweet. Doing this enough in a day? or should we also do some other practice in addition to this challenge?

It's different for everyone and depends on what you are looking for. Because this is only a pranayama practice, if you feel like moving, stretching or pushing yourself physically after you're done, it doesn't hurt to do another type of yoga class.
