This Shiva-Rea style flow is challenging, fun and full of energy. Tianne livens it up with her enthusiastic guidance, particularly in and out of the poses that really push us to concentrate! Once in Sivasana, your body will feel totally invigorated, energized and relaxed.

First time I have done a class with Tianne. Excellent! Challenging ! Satisfying. I love headstands and the fact she incorporated one into this class was very good. I will put this class on my to do list again for sure.

Challenging and accessible... but will take me some time to work up to those headstands and plow poses. By the end, I was sweaty and peaceful. What a great one!

We try new classes, but keep coming back because this class is such a wonderful balance of challenging and restorative poses and the pacing and sequencing is brilliant.

Thank you Tianne for such an amazing practice. I really enjoyed the repetition of each of the moves, it really helped to stretch all of the tight muscles.
