My first class with Tianne. Wow, that was full spectrum - what a range of asanas! What an intriguing, surprising contrast between her soft voice-over (so pleasant) and the at times challenging pace. Wished I could have 'dialed it a few notches back' esp. staying a bit longer in yin poses like pigeon. Gave myself permission to adapt to my level / pace. Wonderful savasana integration.
Will revisit this class for a good challenge.
Suggestion for the DYMW site: Wished there was a field in the bookmarks to add our personal notes. Or a link with our comments we made for classes? To find our own notes for what we liked about each class. Can that be done?

Hi, Melanie.
Thanks for the comments and suggestion. We'll look into that and see if it's a possibility.

Thank you David, and DYWM 'tech team'!
And once again big gratitude for the huge spectrum of amazing classes you all offer!!! What a treasure trove of Yoga goodness. Always raving about it to others. So great I can do the classes any time anywhere - and take sweet connections to Victoria with me when I travel. LOVE the outdoor classes, enveloped by the Victoria landscapes.
Congratulations on the growing worldwide community of DYWM!

Guess I am the only one left a little disappointed with today's practice. I felt lost in her instructions and often found myself looking up to the video only to be doing something completely different...

You weren't the only one. I felt the same way. It was hard for mee to stick with it to the end.

This is the only one I gave up on, I couldn't get into it at all. But I suppose its different strokes for different folks as others love it.

I've never done a class with Tianna before this was wonderful. Thank you so much for a beautiful and challenging practice!

I can see why another commenter said that finding a chill place in this practice was not easy. This practice will keep you on your toes - and head, and hands.
