Wow. Still surprises me how much my state of mind when I arrive at the mat influences the benefit I get from the class. The first time I did this, I was struggling, thinking the teacther wasn't giving me enough direction or time for transitions. Today, however, this hour was a wonderful journey and I am feeling energized, relaxed, refreshed and strong. Thank you DYWM and Tianne!!! May all the blessings and benefits we are receiving from your yoga classes be returned to you ten fold.

After a very long hiatus, I'm want to get back into yoga...and brave me, started with this one. For a beginner, this was difficult, especially if all your muscles are tight from years of misuse. My balancing is off, my left shoulder is so tight that my left arm won't straighten properly... I'm sweating buckets and am kinda breathless. But I enjoyed it tremendously!

Many many thanks for this site and the classes you feature here. Yoga classes are expensive here in Singapore and what with a busy work schedule, this is gong to be my refuge for getting back to yoga. Wish me luck! :D

This class feels wonderful, combining signature elements of flow yoga... balancing postures, arm balances and inversions! Challenge with smooth transitions from end to end and without strain. I am complete, Namaste!

Vigorous yet silky flow. Smooth, meditative voice. Beautiful language. Perfect audio recording. Nice, subtle music. Beautiful setting. Definitely for people with yoga experience. Thank you for this wonderful class!

This class has a really nice flow and challenging poses. Tianne's voice is so beautiful and helps you stay strong while doing this class. It is also a very well rounded class. My body feels great and ready for my day! Thanks for a great class!

What a wonderful way to begin the day!!!! I came upon DYWM by accident about 2 years ago. Learned so much from the yoga instructors. I hope to teach yoga one day.

This was a wonderful class. Tiannes voice is so soothing. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to do yoga in my own home. Whatever chance I get I do share and spread the word.

I found this class to be really challenging and compared to the other classes marked intermediate it was much harder but it was enjoyable. I would say if you normally do the classes marked intermediate and they are just right then only do this class if you are really looking to push and challenge yourself.

I am new to yoga and feel blessed to have found dywm!! This class was difficult for me, but I really enjoyed the pace and feel that it pushed me in a really good way. I was able to do it all minus the headstand. Felt great physically and emotionally. Plus her voice is so relaxing!! Can't wait to try it again!
