Every time I've been doing any type of exercise I would resent it and feel all strung up afterwards and just exhausted. While I did sweat doing this, I enjoyed it so much and was left feeling sort of weightless and relaxed. YAY!!!

Yoga has taken a bit of a back seat with all else that's been going on with the festivities over the past month. I've felt it through less flexibility and strength. Easing myself back in gently to the new year, I found this class from Fiji the perfect pace with clear instructions throughout. There was sufficient time dedicated to adopting the correct posture, alignment and breathing as I moved in and out of poses. Thanks to Fiji for taking the time to create this new beginners class. Another excellent class to add to the collection.
