Another great session from Fiji. Your effortless boat pose with legs extended had me gasping out of amazement, but I will try to follow your advice on practicing patience with myself.
Couldn't do workout because of an injured knee, so I thought, let's try some more powerful yoga to dissipate some energy. It felt really energising, and some poses really felt good. I'm glad I did it, I feel somewhat purified or cleansed and I'm breathing deeply in my belly now. Thank you for the video.
