Love this video although with pilates and yoga I always have a problem with my hips. For instance in this vid, my hips pop when doing the leg lifts and its uncomfortable. What can I do to help?
Doing this for the first time is great but I wasn't able to finish the last 4 minutes because my scoliosis is not allowing me to do more.
I like all the teachers on this site, but Kim might be my favourite. She gives clear explanations and is very knowledgeable. I have been teaching yoga for a couple of years, and Kim's knowledge of intricate details makes me want to pursue Pilates in order to improve my yoga teaching. And as a bonus, she is cheerful!
Also, I agree with the others who said this is a challenging work out, even though it is Level 1.
