Fantastic class and teacher! I needed more of a challenge and am so not ready for intermediate classes, and this fit the bill perfectly.

After doing this workout for a few days I can feel my form getting better! The way Kim explains things makes so much sense and with the challenging moves in this workout I will never get bored! Kim is fantastic!

I wasn't sure what to expect from this video, but I was surprised at how well it worked all the target muscles! I'm currently working through "Yoga for Absolute Beginners" and this video made me realize that I'm now becoming more aware of the 5 Principles of Pilates.

Woke up far tooooo early today! - Having time on my hands I thought I might just do a 20-30min yoga session. Something simple and easy to follow with a "half asleep brain" but also challenging for my "energized all awake body"

Love this video although with pilates and yoga I always have a problem with my hips. For instance in this vid, my hips pop when doing the leg lifts and its uncomfortable. What can I do to help?

definitely felt the burn in my legs/core while practicing this routine. i missed that feeling! this video motivated me to get more into pilates. Kim's friendly reminders are also on point. Thank you! :)

This work out was much harder than it looked, I had to pause a few times to drink from my water bottle! Trying to keep up with Kim is difficult and fun, I can't wait to learn more from her!

Doing this for the first time is great but I wasn't able to finish the last 4 minutes because my scoliosis is not allowing me to do more.
