Kim takes you through a full body pilates workout while teaching you how to apply the five pilates principles that she covered in her first video. You will learn how to strengthen the body safely and effectively, while maintaining proper technique. As she says, "if it's easy, it likely means you're not doing it right!"

After a bit of time off from yoga and working out, sitting a lot in a car, moving, strain strain strain, this is a fabulous class to reset my body and help really realign and strengthen my back.

This workout is great! I'm new to yoga and pilates, but after watching the 5 principles, I could definitely feel the burn in all of my body! This was awesome. Thank you Kim for a wonderful full body workout!
I just want to say how much these Pilates programs have helped me! I have a upper neck/brain injury. After a year of physical therapy I've finally started to untwist my body enough to begin moderate strenuous exercises. My physical therapist and I LOVE this program for at home full body workouts. I started with modifying the snot out of everything (just holding poses instead of moving, placing a towel under my left hand on planks to help my right shoulder, and skipping a few, etc). I'm now able to do basically the whole thing without modifications! It's helped my recovery by leaps and bounds!
