I've been doing this video for several weeks in order to build some fundamental strength and confidence before advancing to the next level. I love how clearly Kim explains things and I especially love how I can get a full body workout in less than thirty minutes. This is the perfect compliment to a cardio routine, especially for those with busy schedules.

Perfect little package and was exactly what I was looking for: a focused but balanced core workout. Kim is very clear while managing not to talk too much overall. I want to memorize the sequence so I can do it quicker and repeat.
