Such a good feeling! Really inventive and compact class. If you have tight runners hips and know you should stretch them more, do this class. Or if you're secretly addicted to pigeon pose...
Perfect balance between stretching and strengthening. Definitely a hip-opener with some poses I haven't tried before!
