Some great brand new poses to try! More than other positions that focus on the lower extremities, I found this practice exceptionally helpful for my recalcitrant plantar fasciitis. I appreciated the slower transitions from one pose to the next.
Great detailed instructions, it's the little things, how much pressure on the front foot during pigeon pose, breathing, etc... that makes a great class. Thank you.
