Holy hips! I will revisit this one for sure. I love pigeon even though I still can't get fully into the pose. This practice will certainly help!

Challenging, but enjoyed it thoroughly. Thanks for the recommendation to put a block under the hip for the pigeon pose, first time I could relax into this. Flying pigeon isn’t happening but love trying!
Brilliant practice, so much thought into giving us time to ease into the hip openers. Walking pigeon :). Good balance challenge. I feel better. Thank you
