I smashed my face trying to do flying pigeon... but I´m determined to get it one day.
I've been kickboxing 5 days a week for a while now, my yoga practice has suffered for it. This was the first yoga I've done in about 3 weeks, and damn I needed it! What a wonderful reminder that my body NEEDS a daily yoga practice, especially your classes Fiji!
After getting unexpectedly stuck in the car for 12 hours yesterday, this was miraculous! Thank you for the freedom! Whee!!
Walking pigeon is my new favorite pose!
