I've been kickboxing 5 days a week for a while now, my yoga practice has suffered for it. This was the first yoga I've done in about 3 weeks, and damn I needed it! What a wonderful reminder that my body NEEDS a daily yoga practice, especially your classes Fiji!

Great class! I loved the walking pigeon at the beginning of class. My body was able to really get into a deep pigeon pose with your excellent cues and slowly easing into it. I loved how we lingered in the pose! Thank you, Fiji, for another wonderful class! . . . And my hips thank you!!

Some great brand new poses to try! More than other positions that focus on the lower extremities, I found this practice exceptionally helpful for my recalcitrant plantar fasciitis. I appreciated the slower transitions from one pose to the next.
Great detailed instructions, it's the little things, how much pressure on the front foot during pigeon pose, breathing, etc... that makes a great class. Thank you.

Such a good feeling! Really inventive and compact class. If you have tight runners hips and know you should stretch them more, do this class. Or if you're secretly addicted to pigeon pose...
Perfect balance between stretching and strengthening. Definitely a hip-opener with some poses I haven't tried before!
