  • not much of a warm up but lovely class. Deep goddess pose, crow and a headstand type thing. Probably not good for a morning

  • nice things, hip openers but she misses a few bits on the other sides (eg. side plank) and the arm balance is flying splits...impossible and done very fast! Worth doing again (good stretches) but maybe modify it with crow instead.

  • Hip flexor stretches and crow. Nice

  • Great short hips (really good pigeon) not too fast so perfect before bed

  • nice quick flow not too challenging (good long goddess pose). Did in a morning was fine

  • short mostly floor based stretches v. nice

  • Good for a morning or late evening. nice long stretches for hips. Very few vinyasas

  • no chatarangas. Nice repetition, hamstring openers, not too long. Not sweaty

  • Great shoulder stretches but ideally needs a bolster type thing. Also includes optional tripod headstand and wheel but can be done last thing at night

  • A bit wrist heavy in the first half. Not as much of a workout as I thought would be. Nice groin/ hip opening. Slow pace.

  • Straight into plank...includes push ups, this is quite a tough, short work out.

  • nice thorough flow. long wheel & headstands. Bit of chanting.

  • An intense fiji class, worth the commitment! Slow and strong, tiring. Did in the morning, was OK.

  • really nice, extended time in standing twists. Bit heavy on the wrists but OK. Did before bed.

  • a bit hard to follow, not very hard

  • Just great, my new favourite class. Would be better if I had a block. Lots of yogi squat, tree balance, crow, pigeon, lizard etc. not too taxing (ok for wrists - no side plank).

  • Hard work for the shoulders! But ultimately good. Lots of lunges, some chatarangas, crow. Dolphin pose to strengthen shoulder balances. Did after climbing, probably not best time.

  • slow and nice

  • tough short class! not easy on the wrists but good for a short core/ balance workout

  • BRILLIANT SHORT CLASS did before bed but good for any time (no long stretches but good short ones). No chat

  • Balancy. Lots of downward dog. Nice, not too hard

  • Some challenges I can't do, but most of its ok. nice flow, not too long

  • Don't know how I missed this one. Its ace. Quite tough for a short class but thorough, gets your breath going. Plus eagle & crow thrown in

  • Not really advanced but really nice thorough practice. No arm balances or headstands. Twists & feet balances & wheel

  • too hard! binds & arm balances that I can't yet do so not as much fun. Come back to though?

  • Great, challenging little work out. Arm balances I can't really do (straight leg up from the floor) but nice half moon, side plank, wheel, few chataranga's. Nice!

  • quite a workout for the core and legs! standing balances and really good twists, hip flexor work out & stretch

  • nice fast sun salutations, half moon, wheel, shoulder stand. some weird floor based arm balances I can't do yet

  • Top notch short flow. Brief crow, ends with a nice headstand. some balances and chatarangas, fallen star.

  • nice shorter morning flow, not so much chat which is nice!

  • HELL YEAH this is great. taxing on the legs, some great stretches, a bit hard on the wrists. Crow & headstand. really clever, thorough not too fast. Did in the evening

  • great class, quite hard. crow to tripod headstand. nice shoulder stretches, pigeon, good breathing exercises. did in a morning - maybe more of an evening class, felt a bit wobbly.

  • good short class

  • did in an evening when my hamstrings were tight. Not much warm up but some good deep stretches (not proper yin - not held for long). Relaxing

  • Some lotus that I can't do but otherwise a good class. Warmed up beforehand

  • not great, slow and not challenging

  • Just 2 long poses but really great for when your hips are tight. Lizard and pigeon.

  • Great hamstring stretches, but quite a slow class. Final pose is hard but not desparate. Can't straighten right leg. Maybe one day

  • fairly gentle morning class

  • Fast, tricky but not too long. Good for developing splits but awkward because I can't do the splits! Skip the story time chant at the start.

  • short but nice. Inversion is just legs in the air. Actually only 18 minutes as the shivasana is really long

  • awkward but helpful for shoulders not recommended for the morning

  • fun fast flow. Flying pigeon is brief! Good hip opening.

  • nice class, balances and lots of quad stretching. not much warm up but fine for morning

  • Slowish, some inversions, dancer pose not too many chatarangas. nice. Got a bit lost at times, strange for Fiji classes

  • A really fun class. Lots of leg stretching (splits & frog) and balances, some push ups and side crow (actually did it for once!). Great shorter class

  • really nice, medium tough. No headstands and only a few chatarangas. Nice twists and balances

  • Bit slow but really nice after lots of running. Toe stretches (many!), hamstring stretches. Forearm/ wrist stretches. Bit talky at the start

  • A nice class with some good challenges but actually quite slow. Splits practice & some good shoulder stretches. forearm stand is out of reach but the prep is good

  • nice, nothing too taxing. Chair twist was nice and long. Fiji talks a lot

  • Great longer class. Lots of leg balances (sugar cane, dancers pose), crow, chair some core. Nothing too taxing really but just all sticks together well

  • Great hamstring and glute release. Relaxing and stimulating without being very challenging. Nice after gym

  • Gentle enough for morning but not too slow

  • Fantastic short class for releasing back, groin and hips. Fast moving and deeply satisfying. No chatarangas

  • Nice though I can't yet do the side crow. Not too challenging apart from that. Nice constant movement, lots of outer leg/hip stretches One to return to. Chanting at the end

  • short, slow. Nice to calm down and focus

  • energising! Really nice. Maybe not first thing in the morning as its quite fast

  • Fiery! Less balances than the name suggests. Good for a quick evening burn

  • short, no real vinyasa but some core, it band and the most intense pigeon (piriformis) stretch ever. long relaxation at end. Post run perfection

  • A really lovely class. Not sweaty but some nice constant strength needed for transitions. Balances and hamstring stretches, a few lovely twists (the great side opening seated one). Nice when your body is already aching

  • Such a great class. Slow and powerful, proper Fiji style. bird of paradise with a strap, half moon, and long headstand at the end. Lots of hamstring stretch. Great

  • Wonderful class. Good for completely changing your mindset. Not too many challenges really, just nice and thorough. Some binds, push up 'scorpions', dolphin pose and handstand hops, wheel. Loved it. Do this again and again.

  • nice little core work, did after another class. Bit tiring for the neck but not too bad

  • Nice flow, thoughtful, not too hard. Great twists. Good side stretches. Bit of balancing/ leg burn

  • Excellent strong Fiji class, mostly legs & bum - balances. Also some core. Not too much life advice, just enough to distract during the long pigeon poses. Do again

  • Super Fiji class. Strong and slow for the legs. Balances and splits. Brief flying pigeon, but otherwise not hard on the arms...no chatarangas at all! Good for clearing the mind.

  • fun lots of chatarangas then into some deeper shapes, camel, side plank, compass, headstand. Good for the back and for changing mindset.

  • Fun, not too sweaty/ fast. Only advanced because of arm balances. Also headstand, wheel, nothing got overworked really. Great hip & IT band stretches. Finally got floating pigeon! No core work.
