I keep coming back again to this great practice Melissa. I wish all restoratives were done on the beach or forest with the voice over pre-taped so that you can easily hear the teacher but also hear the waves and the birds.

Thanks Melissa. This was a lovely video especially with the scenery and the sound of the waves in the background. It was great for helping me to calm down and centre myself during this crazy time we're all living in right now.

Hi there. I loved this one. I see this is an old video under the “old” name. I love the sound of the water on this. I wish all the restoratives had the sound of nature.

I think I’ve been overdoing it a bit with my practice as I have been experiencing some knee sensitivity. So I’m backing off and doing restorative videos until my knees feel better. Still hiking though, but rest assured I don’t sweat....

Looking forward to Salt Spring. Wouldn’t mind getting away in the summer to Victoria for a week long retreat. One or two day retreats just don’t justify flying down from Whitehorse, but a 5 to 7 day would be perfect for a girl like me.
