Wonderfully relaxing class , but challenging in that I really have to practice the stillness of mind and breath that we're trying to achieve. It's perfect for the end of a busy day.

Be-you-tiful, Melissa. Your voice is very soothing, along with the sounds of nature. I feel restored, refreshed and calm. I like your gentle authority, and your hairdo! Blessed be.

Beautiful class, and very good after a few hard days of work or more vigorous yoga practice. Love the waves and birds.

At first I found myself very frustrated from the lack of movement in this class, and I felt it was too easy. But then I realized that the challenge for myself was not the postures or transition, but staying present and allowing myself to relax! In that sense I was very challenged, and will maybe come back to this class on days when I need help slowing down my mind and body.

Great restorative class. She is encouraging and makes a safe practice environment. She gives nice suggestions for changing the posture for those whose body does not want to take a particular pose. Thanks Melissa
