After a busy day at work, as well as a morning power yoga class with Tracey on the Intermediate challenge and a lunchtime yin class at my local yoga studio, this class was just what I needed to close out the day. Melissa's style is perfectly paced to wind down and restore.

Hey, what is the likelyhood that we can get more purely restorative classes like this one of the same length or longer? I love this class and it has been one of my favorites to revisit for more than a year now, but I would love to have more options similar to this.

I love restorative yoga at the end of a stressful day, but I couldn't get into this. The trouble was that the commentary never stopped. Though she indicated that there would be long periods of silence, every time started to settle into a pose, into total relaxation, she'd be talking again .... usually to say something she'd already said or to insert advice in a "filling the silence" kind of way. I gave up after only 10-15 minutes out of sheer frustration. I hesitated to comment because I like every teacher here and think they're doing awesome work, but there aren't many restorative yoga videos here (hint hint) and I'd like to see one that gets us into the pose then gets out of the way.

Wonderfully relaxing class , but challenging in that I really have to practice the stillness of mind and breath that we're trying to achieve. It's perfect for the end of a busy day.
