Thank you for uploading this class. It is an absolutely great flow!
I have been using it, as my morning daily practice, for the past 2 weeks and I can feel my core stronger, my hips and my shoulder opening further and my focus sharper.
It is a great tool to challenge my mind and body while supporting me during the all day.
I hope Fiji'll upload an other flow soon!

I did the class for the 2nd time..the first time I did it I could only make it thru half way. Was determined to do this class in completion and must admit it was fantastic. I felt like I worked every muscle in my body and this is perfect strength training for me as I am a runner. The instructions were clear and concise. Thank you so much for a great class. I'll be back again!
