I'm so grateful for this video!! EXCELLENT verbal cueing...hardly needed to look at the screen while going through the poses.

I found your website about a week ago through YogaYak had intended to try one of your classed for the first time today and was delighted to find a 75 minute class. It was challenging and had a flow that worked up a sweat. The step by step verbal cues are essential to an online class in my opinion or I spend to much time craning you neck trying to see what's going on and loose the focus to stay present on my mat. a 5 or 6 day a week practice is expensive and travel time takes up much of my day or evening. If I can practice once or twice at home it will be a great help so I thank you for a great class.
