Multilevel Morning Flow
Fiji takes you to a gorgeous beach in Victoria, BC, to teach this multilevel flow class with thirteen of her students. She gives three options for the major poses within each flow, giving you alternatives so that you can practice the way the suits your body best.

I am in love with this class. It was challenging, but offered many variations to different poses, so that I could choose how deep I wanted to go into a pose. I will definitely be buying the DVD for this class soon and will make it a part of my daily practice!! LOVE.
I love all the classes and enjoy the options for a greater challenge.
I'll be the first to admit that I am doing level 1 throughout this video, but that makes it the perfect video to track the growth of my practice over time. The cuing is clear, my body is thanking me for the workout, and my mind is much calmer than prior to starting. I've gone through the video twice and I look forward to the day when I can make it through doing full plank :]
Thank you, Fiji!

I found this particularly challenging, but the levels that Fiji gave helped so much to work out what was best for the strength of certain parts of my body. I found that on some I could barely do the level one, but others I could easily move into level three. As with Fiji's other videos, and I can see that others agree, the lack of music does lead me sometimes to become distracted. The best thing I've found which made me completely 'zone in' whilst doing the session was by playing rain music in the background. This is the link I use and is perfect because you can lower the volume enough that you can still hear Fiji's directions clearly: http://rainfor.me/. The two combined lead to a fantastic session!
